“I’ll start in the new year….” – the phrase we keep hearing as to when many plan to start their new health and fitness regime. And why wait?

There are 12 weeks until 2013. Have you seen what can be achieved with the right mindset, focus and motivation within that timescale? A lot.

Can you imagine how great you will feel on Jan 1st when you are already well under way to having the body that makes you feel great about yourself?

Why not set a goal now to start the new year fit and healthy and to continue all the way through 2013 and beyond?

A personal trainer may train you once a week for an hour or you may go to the gym for an hour a day. However, it’s what you do with the other 23 hours each day that counts most.
