NLP for Health & Fitness

This course is suitable for anyone that wants to get fit, and also personal trainers and coaches, athletes, players and competitors.
As someone that has competed successfully in running events and more recently prepared for a fitness competition, I know what it takes to achieve the right mindset for fitness success. I am also a qualified personal trainer and have successfully used NLP techniques with my clients.
Fitness is more than the physical activity. What separates the winners from the rest is the way in which they think.
The programme is interactive, experiential and flexible to allow you to achieve the goals that are important to you personally. You can expect to learn skills and thinking that will enhance the way that you manage yourself as well as others, the way you communicate, influence, negotiate, manage change and throughout all of this the way that you coach yourself and others. Expect to have some fun too.

This 2 day course will help you to:
